Our At the Desk series is perfect for office workstations and home offices, while our On the Go series is designed for mobile professionals, travelers, and remote workers who need ergonomic support anywhere.
What laptop sizes do your stands support?
Our desktop laptop stand accommodates 11-17 inch laptops, while our ultra-thin portable stand fits 11-15 inch devices. Both support up to 15 lbs (6.8 kg) and are compatible with most laptop models including MacBook, Dell, HP, and Lenovo.
How do the inflatable products work?
Each inflatable product comes with a portable pump for quick 30-second inflation. They feature a one-way valve for easy deflation in under 10 seconds and can be reused over 1,000 times without losing firmness.
What materials are your products made from?
We use premium materials including aerospace-grade aluminum alloy for stands and medical-grade TPU for inflatable products. All materials are BPA-free, hypoallergenic, and meet international safety standards.
Are your products portable?
Absolutely. Our On the Go series folds to less than 0.5 inches thick, and inflatable items deflate to fit in any bag. Each product includes a premium carrying case for convenient transport.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States,Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and select Asian markets. International expansion is ongoing.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $50. Orders under $50 incur a $6.99 shipping fee. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $14.99.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days within the US, 7-14 days internationally. Express shipping delivers in 2-3 business days (US only). You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do prices include taxes and duties?
US orders include all applicable taxes. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes based on their country's regulations.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, return the product in original condition for a full refund. Return shipping is free for defective items.
How do I initiate a return?

What warranty do you offer?
All products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. We'll replace or repair any defective product free of charge during this period.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost, and you won't need to return the damaged item.
Usage & Care
How do I clean and maintain the products?
Wipe inflatable products with mild soap and water, then air dry. Clean aluminum stands with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged sun exposure to maintain product longevity.
Can the inflatable products leak or puncture?
Our products use reinforced seams and puncture-resistant materials. While extremely durable, avoid sharp objects. Minor punctures can be repaired with the included patch kit.
Are the products adjustable?
Yes. Our laptop stands offer multiple height and angle adjustments (15°-45°). Inflatable cushions can be customized to your preferred firmness by adjusting air volume.
